ArianeB has been fueled with three glasses of wine and is feeling a bit tipsy. It's about time to leave or neat gentleman behaviour behind and take advantage of the situation. But as usual we need to be on our guard.

Here is an example of how early decisions (in this case: the playground intermezzo) influences later events.

Pool Scenario 1

First: Introduction
Second: Playground Fun 1 (be sure to have chosen the first playground fun scenario)
Third: Steak Dinner

Go to the backyard.
Go swimming. (Click on the pool.) ArianeB jumps in the pool with her clothes on.
Yell!

On a scale of 1 to 10 you get a 5.

What a bummer. The game is over and you have just started it. But what if...?

7.2 Experience parameter: 8009. At the end of the game a Date Experience code is given. This is a hexadecimal number that tracks how far you have succeeded into the game and what goals you have reached. If you have opened the game in debug mode, through default2.htm, you can safely click the experience link. The following text appears:

If you choose the second playground scenario (or didn’t go to the park at all), this is what will happen next:

Trying to get ArianeB back into her clothes was a wrong choice (you should have see this coming). The game is over but you managed to play a little bit longer. So jumping in a pool with your clothes on doesn't seem to be a very good strategy...

I can't really say I have met many women who have invited me to skinny dip on a first date, but perhaps that is because I have never met someone who had a pool in her garden (well other than one that you can blow up, that is). Would you politely decline if a gorgeous woman asks you to skinny dip?

ArianeB is probably the best adult game in the world, and one of the reasons why is that several situations can be combined. Making the right choices will lead to a narrow, but rather satisfactory, path. Here is just one of the many possibilities that are open after ArianeB has jumped into the pool with her clothes on, combining the previous Skinny Dipping and Dirty Dancing scenarios.

Again several options are open, from going to the convenience store to buy some beer, having sex in the bedroom or (again) some dancing in the living room (not recommended as too much dancing wears her out)... but ArianeB is still a bit thirsty...

Kitchen Debauchery

Go to the kitchen. The ArianeB suggestion pack kicks in, this is a feature that has been build in since version 5.8:

In an effort to open up the ending a bit, if you do go to the kitchen after eating dessert (or swimming, or showering), Ariane will suggest what to do next based on what you have or haven’t done so far. You can accept or decline her recommendations, until she gets tired of your constant rejections, or she runs out of ideas, whichever comes first. Taken from: Random Notes From The Metaverse.

I`m out of beer, lets go to the convenience store for a six pack?
Ask if she has got any other ideas.

What do you say we grab some whiskey out of the cabinet and get plastered? Now we're talking!
Accept the suggestion.

Agree to drinks at the club with Ariane and Rebecca.
Ask Ariane to dance. It is not a good idea to ask Rebecca to dance, ArianeB can be slightly jealous. There is also an opportunity to leave Rebecca behind and go elsewhere, but that wouldn't be nice either (although it doesn't hurt your date with ArianeB).
Go back to the bar.

Buy the next round of drinks.
Watch the two of them dance together.
Let them continue to dance.

Ariande decides to invite Rebecca home. Now how you are going to react to that?

Take Ariane and Rebecca back to Ariane's place. Rebecca immediately wants to try the pool: "I'm okay with swimming naked, IF you two are willing! What do you say?" Note: you can also opt out for the swimming and have a drink with Rebecca and ArianeB instead but these scenarios will be discussed at a later stage.

This difficult choice is all yours (both options have very nice pictures).

Vote for skinny dipping.
Take your clothes off.
Get in the pool.

Rebecca wants to play a game of Marco Polo, whatever that may be...

Say: It's your turn, Ariane.

Close your eyes and say MARCO.
Move to the right. You can also move to the left and grab Rebecca, but this will (obviously) not be appreciated by ArianeB.

Hint: don't drink the wine still standing on the patio's table, it will not become her.

For most of us the main purpose of the ArianeB simulation is to, let's be frank, get her in the sack. In other words: bang, bonk, copulate, eff, fuck, hump, jazz, mate, pair, screw or even ummagumma that pixelated representative of a dream. But getting into a dead end street can be as much fun from an artistic point of view. Here is a scenario that starts promising enough with a bikini dinner, some pool canoodling but that ends in a complete utterly silly way. You have been warned.

First: Introduction
Second: Bikini Dinner Experience: 80d0.

After dinner ArianeB stands waiting with a towel over her shoulders. That was a nice meal, shall we do something out here or go back inside? First: we fuel her a bit more, this will put her in a very playful mood. Click on the glass on the table.

Drink the wine. (wine number 4)
Finish drinking.
Go swimming.

Jump in with her.
Try to untie bikini top. Hey, you took my top off. Give it back! (With less wine in her ArianeB will not appreciate the bikini play.)
Keep the top. ArianeB wants revenge and what she does looks very promising: "In that case, I`m taking your shorts."

Let her take them.
Stay naked.
Follow her out.

Give her the top back. The game is now to search for your hidden clothes. I could directly lead you to the hiding place but let's play the cold-warm-hot game for a while.

Look in the kitchen. Ice cold.
Look in the bedroom. Ice cold.
Look in the living room. Getting warm.
Look in the front yard.

Check the mailbox. It is pitch dark so you maybe will have to look hard for the mailbox. Standing naked outside is dangerous.
Go inside.

Go to the kitchen for dessert.
Eat dessert. Alternatively you can also play spin the bottle and let luck decide what will happen next.

Go to the kitchen. We have had fun so far. I have an idea for what we should do next:
I got some board games in one of these cabinets, why don`t we play a game?
Accept the suggestion.

Play Parcheesi. The simulation jumps to the final stages of the board game where both of you are able to win.
Continue playing. The Parcheesi end-game will randomly continue until someone wins. Experience: 280d2.

For completists: the Parcheesi scenario can be triggered with ArianeB wearing...

Roll the dice. (You may have to repeat this a couple of times, as the dice throws are randomly generated, but eventually someone will hit home base.)

A date that started so well, remember that you were exploring each others body in the pool?, gets spoiled by playing Parcheesi. Cheesy ending indeed.

Hint: In the future take the spin the bottle contest, the game will choose between:
a bikini park fountain photoshoot;
a drive (ArianeB's put her radiant black dress) to the outskirts or the downtown area of Arianeville;
some hot tub frenzy or, why not?...
another dive in the pool.

Hint 2: You can also skip the spin the bottle game, eat dessert and re-enter the kitchen. Ask if she has other ideas when she proposes to play some board games. Her second proposal will be: 'Here`s another suggestion: Let`s get in my car and go for a drive downtown' and third will be: 'How about we take a walk to the park and do something there?'. That third option will lead to some bikini basketball.

With a little luck we could bring her home and have a skinny dip (see: From Bar to Pool), but what will happen if ArianeB and you already had some water fun in the pool? Well, you could end up with Rebecca in bed instead... Let's repeat the tedious steps again of introducing ourselves...

Although the story will roughly follow the same path and have the same ending, clicking different hotpoints will have ArianeB leave the house in different clothes.

Evening dress scenario

Get dressed and go for a drive. Click on the car.
Follow her into the bedroom. Meow!

In old downloads of version 7.1 (before July 2011) the game halts because there is a typo in the script. If your version is more recent you can skip this.

Open the file text12.htm in Notepad (or any text editor) before playing the game and look for line 179 that reads:
parnet.shower = 1;
change this into
parent.shower = 1;
and don't forget to save.
The game will now continue. (This issued has been resolved with a so-called stealth update, recent downloads will not have this problem.)

Let her finish.
Go for a drive.

Casual wear scenario

Go to the bedroom to get dressed.
Follow her into the bedroom.
Let her get her pants on.
Go somewhere else.

Go for a drive. Now click on the car.
Go for a drive.

The story resumes here:

Take next exit.
Go downtown.
Go lingerie shopping.
Go into the lingerie store.

You will need to pick the right lingerie and if you don't know how to do that (sucker!) you can consult the guide at Lingerie Store. After the lingerie scene, agree to have a drink with Rebecca in the nearby bar.

Agree to drinks at the club with Ariane and Rebecca.
Ask Ariane to dance.
Go back to the bar.

Watch the two of them dance together.
Let them continue to dance. (If you have chosen the casual wear scenario, see above, then Rebecca has got a small surprise in store.)

Drive Ariane and Rebecca back home.
Stay for a drink.
Have a drink. ArianeB urgently needs to go for a pee and it is not advised to follow her in the bathroom.

Do not wait for Ariane but follow Rebecca instead.

Follow Rebecca. Do you think it would be too presumptuous if I took off all my clothes, and climbed in bed naked and waited for Ariane to come to bed? <cough>

There will still be a walk at the lake this time but less romantic and more acrobatic. Let's have a patio dinner first, as a matter of fact we more or less follow the previous walkthrough (In Bed with Three) but take a different direction with the car. .

Continue to walk. ArianeB finds a good skipping rock.
Can you skip the rock?
Very nice. ArianeB now asks you to find a skipping rock.

You have the choice between three rocks:

	a round rock		an odd shape rock and
	a flat rock.

Pick flat rock. To make the rock skip you need to find the good way to throw it, also here you have three choices:
throw backhand like a frisbee
throw an overhand toss
throw a sidearm curveball

Throw a sidearm curveball. ArianeB is impressed with your rock skipping technique.
Try something else. ArianeB challenges you to do a handstand.

I will try if you will.
Put head here. You need to find the right place to put your hand in order to do a handstand. It is located at the top of the image, not between the hands. If you have downloaded and installed the ArianeB visual patch pack the right spot will be highlighted. But here is a hint as well:

OK, its your turn now. Suddenly ArianeB realizes she is not appropriately dressed for such a job, but a bet is a bet.
Watch her do a handstand.
Looks good for me.
Walk back to car.

The handstand position is highlighted when you replace the original images in the game with the patched ones from the ArianeB 7 visual patch pack. But as always, (deliberately) losing the game, will show alternative images.

So far we have had a steak dinner in the living room, a steak dinner at the patio and a bistro dinner at the posh place where you could pick up the check. This time we will be budget friendly and have a bite in a burger. And we invite Rebecca as well for some afterplay, hopefully.

After the introduction, the kisses and the dance we will go to the kitchen.
Do not drink from the wine but click immediately on ArianeB's head. With a drink in her she will take you to the restaurant, but if she is sober it will be the local hamburger dump instead.

Suggest going out to dinner. ArianeB drives you to the nearest Drive N Dine.

Pay the bill. You should always be a gentleman, even in a hamburger joint.

The hamburger resto is one of the places that has benefited of new graphics in version 7.0 and if one looks attentively enough you'll notice that the table attendant isn't wearing... a shirt. This doesn't mean that ArianeB invited her date to a topless hamburger restaurant, though. The creator:

The story goes like this. I needed a replacement for the brand named fast food and found a diner model online that was perfect. I have part of a diner waitress uniform, but it is missing a shirt. The thought occurred to me to make a topless diner (...) but I deemed that idea was a bit way over the top and decided against it. (...)
 
Then a second thought occurred: What if I left the shirt off, but then in every picture covered the boobs with props so that you never actually see anything. This made me giggle, then giggle some more, until I forced myself to do it. (Taken from: Finally! Dating Sim 7 beta.)

Although there are plenty of pool activities in the ArianeB game, its maker decided a few versions ago to add a new challenge: the underwater race. Geeks will drool over the beauty and versatility of the Javascript code the simulation has been written in, but all I can do is wonder how on Earth a young woman can live in a house with a private pool and only have one bikini and one shirt?

Completists may want to know that the race exist in three different outfits, or better said: lack of garment:

It will be no surprise to you that this walkthrough describes the skinny dip variant. This scenario starts as usual, with a handshake and a steak dinner.

Basically you need to click the letters A, B and C in the right order and in the right time. The racetime parameter measures the time (in milliseconds) between the first and the last mouse click and decides who is the winner.

To win the game you need to click the three letters in between 2000 and 3000 milliseconds (or 2 and 3 seconds). If you click too fast the game tells you are out of breath, if you click too slow it means that ArianeB has surpassed you.

Go back to complete the lap.

It was a good race. The actual phrase may change and depends on your clicking speed.

The game is all yours, but if you have won and enter the kitchen ArianeB will ask for a rematch.

The idiot’s guide for hacking into the underwater race mini game

File text19.htm contains the necessary code for deciding who wins or loses the underwater race. This file can be opened in any text editor, Notepad will do fine, and by changing a few numbers you can cheat and always win (or lose) the race. This can come in handy when you are a slow clicker (like I am). Winning or losing the underwater swimming race has got no real influence on the rest of the simulation; it just helps those with a frail ego.

It would be wise to backup the original text19.htm file first. Atagong.com and its webmaster are not responsible if you damage the game or destroy the computer by trying to alter the code. Proceed at your own risk.

Race3 – swimming pool wall picture

Open file text19.htm in Notepad or a text editor of your choice.

Race4 – finish

Open file text19.htm in Notepad or a text editor of your choice.

Look for the segment that starts with function race4().

This segment contains the two following triggers;

(parent.racetime < 2000)
is for fast clickers: 2000 means that you will lose the race if you click the 3 points in less than 2 seconds of time. Changing the 2000 to a ridiculous low number, 10 for instance, means that you will never click too fast;

(parent.racetime < 3000)
is for the slow clickers: 3000 means that you will lose the race if you click the 3 points in more than 3 seconds of time. Changing the 3000 to a ridiculous high number, 30000 for instance, means that it will be difficult to click too slow (unless you wait 30 seconds, of course).

Warning: changing the game parameters is not a sportive thing to do and not appreciated by ArianeB!

In our continuing series of recycling old ideas we will now show how you can have a gymnastic demonstration at the playground, but this time with ArianeB wearing her evening dress. The only problem is that in that kind of garment ArianeB isn't really suited to hang upside down from the monkey bars. Basically this is a variation of a previous walkthrough: Playground Fun 2

And if that is not enough we will recycle the stargaze quiz again, for the simple reason that it's funny and entertaining. The stargaze quiz can also be found at Stargazing and Liquor in the Lady.

An easy way to win the night sky game is to download the visual patch pack and to replace the original images with the patched ones. But as always, (deliberately) losing the game, will show alternative images. The outcome of the night sky game however does influence next events.

Unzip the PATCH700.zip file.
Replace the pictures in the 'datingsimulator/images' folder with the patched ones.The new pictures highlight the hotpoints to win:
the basketball game
the stargazing game
the handstand on the beach

The 'originals' folder contains the original unpatched images if you would like to restore the original images.

Starting from ArianeB 6.4 three extra Rebecca scenarios have been included, aka the Rebecca tapes. They can all be triggered from the previous scenario (Whiskey in the Jar) where you have met with ArianeB, barbecued a steak dinner, bought some lingerie and had a drink with her and Rebecca at the local bar.

Back at home don't jump in the pool, but take a nightcap instead. Probably you already know how to do this all, but for those who may have accidentally arrived here I will give the instructions once again.

But in order to proceed, choose the last option:
I dare you to go into your bedroom and steal Rebecca`s clothes.

Ariane accepts: Shh!! She should be asleep, and I don't want to wake her.
Wait in hall while Ariane sneaks in.

Rebecca enters the scene and they immediately start to quarrel.
